Training with the JAWLINER Fitness Gum is very easy. You use it like any other chewing gum, but you should keep the following in mind. JAWLINER's special jawline chewing gum is particularly hard, so it is recommended to do short but regular chewing sessions of 10-15 minutes every other day. A day's break between training days is recommended, as with any other workout.
